- What is CycleIQ?
- CycleIQ is a web application for journaling and analyzing options wheel strategies. You log cash-secured puts (CSPs) and covered calls (CCs); the app links related legs into cycles and shows premium, realized P&L, cost basis, and position status.
- Is CycleIQ a broker? Do you connect to my brokerage?
- No. CycleIQ is not a broker and does not execute trades. Trade entry is manual — no broker API is required. Your brokerage remains the system of record for orders and positions.
- Does CycleIQ give trading or investment advice?
- No. CycleIQ does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and it does not generate trade signals. Metrics and charts reflect the data you enter so you can review your own activity.
- What is the options wheel strategy?
- In common retail use, the wheel means selling cash-secured puts, accepting assignment of shares when puts finish in the money, then selling covered calls against those shares until they are called away — then repeating. CycleIQ tracks that CSP → assignment → CC lifecycle as one cycle per wheel.
- How does pricing work?
- Basic is free and includes up to 20 new trades per calendar month (UTC); editing existing trades does not count toward the limit. Premium is $1 per month via Stripe and allows unlimited new trades. Cancel Premium anytime from Settings → Billing.
- Where is my data stored and who can see it?
- Account authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Trade and portfolio data you enter is stored to power your dashboards and reports. We do not sell your personal information. Details are in the Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy
- Can I cancel Premium or delete my account?
- Yes. Premium subscriptions can be canceled from Settings → Billing; you keep Basic access subject to the monthly trade cap. For account deletion or data requests, contact support using the email on the Contact page.
- How do I get help?
- Email support@cycleiq.xyz or use the Contact page. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For billing or account issues, include the email on your CycleIQ account.
